Article: SOUL MATTERS; WOMEN'S APPAREL IS PLAYING A STAR ROLE IN THE GROWTH OF TRIPLE 5 SOUL.(Brief Article)

NEW YORK -- Fast-growing streetwear company Triple 5 Soul has evolved far beyond the men's hats and baggy logo sweatshirts its started with more than a decade ago.

The firm entered the women's arena around 1999 as an offshoot of the men's line. Since that time, its women's fashions have become more sophisticated, and its fourth women's line this fall has broadened to include a wide range of apparel, including outerwear, denim, knits and performance materials.

"There are so many products I want to get into and I feel we have a lot of growth ahead of us," said Camella Ehlke, Triple 5 Soul's founder, who describes her women's line as "sassy streetwear."
