Blacks' contribution to American culture is so rich and vibrant that everyone wants to benefit from it. Black culture--from the style of dress to music--has such a pervasive influence on all races that JET sought to find out why Whites embrace Black culture.
Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, noted professor of religious studies at DePaul University in Chicago, says he knows exactly why so many Whites embrace Black culture.
