CLEVELAND _ The Cavaliers are thinking about twin towers. How about triple towers?
The Cavs suddenly have centers all over the place. They added two Wednesday night.
Selecting high-schooler DeSagana Diop with the No. 8 pick was not a surprise. But it was a bit of a surprise when the Cavs later in the evening acquired center Michael Doleac from Orlando for the draft rights to North Carolina's Brendan Haywood. The Cavs, who capped off the evening by taking Southern Cal guard Jeff Trepagnier in the second round, had taken Haywood with the No. 20 pick.
