I nicked it from the name of a Bogart movie
OSCAR-winning actor Michael Caine can thank one of his movie heroes for helping to get his screen career off the starting blocks.
Hollywood legend Humphrey Bogart came to his rescue when the London-born star saw his name go up in lights.
"I was born plain Maurice Joseph Micklewhite in pre-war south London," explained Caine, now Sir Michael after being knighted by the Queen earlier this year.
