HONG KONG, June 29 /PRNewswire Asia-AsiaNet/ -- South China Morning Post Publishers Limited announces that Thomas Abraham will succeed Robert Keatley as Editor of the South China Morning Post, when Mr Keatley retires on July 15, 2001.

Mr Keatley, who joined the paper in 1998, will remain as Advisor to the Editor until he returns to the USA in early October as long planned. During his three years with the Post, Mr Keatley has overseen some major improvements to the South China Morning Post.
