A: Sharon, just so that you and your husband know, I do take bribes when it comes to food questions. I hope the following information helps, even though I haven't received a dime from either of you.
Traditional veal saltimbocca does not have cheese. That doesn't mean that you haven't been to a restaurant where the chef had his own version with cheese _ but if he did, he's just not a traditional guy.
