Aventis Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. pharmaceutical business of Aventis Pharma AG, today issued the following statement in response to an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) filed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by Barr Laboratories, Inc.
