CB Technologies, the premier provider of technology tools and services to life science companies, and Kendle International Inc. (Nasdaq: KNDL), a leading full-service contract research organization, today announced their agreement to partner on an electronic data capture (EDC) solution using CB's MetaTrial(TM) suite of tools and services. Under terms of the non-exclusive agreement, Kendle will offer its pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers CB's suite of EDC tools. CB will train Kendle associates on the MetaTrial system.
