Jul. 4--CALABASAS, Calif.--Shares of TDK Mediactive Inc. plunged 24.69 percent Tuesday and company officials think they know what happened.
Officials at the OTC Bulletin Board posted some erroneous information about the entertainment software publisher.
And it is the second time this has happened.
TDK officials are understandably upset about the problem.
The OTC flagged the company's stock symbol June 29 with the letter "E" indicating TDK was not in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission filing requirements.
