MCL Companies, a builder of luxury residences, announced the opening of its sales office for 455 Central Park West, an ultra-luxury condominium the company is developing overlooking Central Park. The office is located on the site of this unprecedented development, which combines a five-floor historical landmark chateau-like structure with a brand new 26-story tower to offer 100 classic, luxury, family-size residences with breathtaking views of Central Park, the Manhattan skyline, and New Jersey. Construction of the tower is underway, and the condominiums are slated for completion in November 2002.
