German companies ABB AG and Nanogate Technologies GmbH have launched a strategic collaboration to develop sophisticated robot-based automation technology to coat surfaces with Nanogate's inorganic-organic nanocomposites.
ABB is one of the largest industrial, energy, and automation companies in the world. Nanogate was founded in 1999 to commercialize multifunctional inorganic-organic nanocomposites and selforganizing nanostructures based on chemical nanotechnology.
