THE AVAILABILITY ratio for central London offices stands at 4:2,the highest for 15 months, according to agents DTZ.The monthly take-up,only 570,000 sq ft,is the lowest monthly figure recorded since April 1995.
This means that total availability of office space in central London is up eight per cent since the end of May,totalling 8.3 million sq ft.Newly-built space available is slightly down,at 1.24 million sq ft, or 15 per cent of total availability.
