With a phenomenal growth rate of 20 percent from 1998 to 1999, the fortified beverage market is expected to continue to rise steadily. Targeting active and health-conscious consumers, Littleton, Mass.-based Veryfine Products Inc. has introduced Healthy Solutions, a 100 percent juice line fortified with vitamins, minerals and herbs.
Healthy Solutions is available in four varieties: Energy-Tropical Orange, Relax-Blackberry Raspberry, Focus-Kiwi Strawberry, and Immunity-Citrus Twist. Each flavor provides herbs such as Siberian ginseng, valerian root, ginkgo biloba, and astragalus root and a dose of vitamins A, B-3, B6, B12, C and E and zinc.
