A company specializing in plastics is trying to move into the Brewster Creek Business Park, an offer that, if approved, would mark the third business OK'd for Bartlett's first and only business park.
Elgin-based Triumph Development Corp. wants to build a 22,500- square-foot warehouse and office building for a company called Unique Blister Co., according to Thomas Durkin, director of planning services for Arete 3, the architecture firm for Triumph.
Since it is a warehouse building, the company, a plastics manufacturer, won't make plastics at the Bartlett site, said Jim Plonczynski, director of community development. ...
