- Pamela Anderson selected Raleigh, North Carolina, band Squeezetoy as the last finalist in Jam with Pam, an online music contest, hosted on beer.com, to find the best, unsigned band in North America. Squeezetoy will face-off against bands Counterbalance and pinch when Pamela and a panel of celebrities gather to select the overall winner. The winning band will play at the Rolling Rock Town Fair 2.0 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, in August, and have a CD professionally produced in Los Angeles.
