Vitamin C
1,000 to 3,000 milligrams (or more). Vitamin C is the most potent anti-toxin known. It can effectively neutralize or minimize the damaging effect of most chemical carcinogens in food and the environment. It will also help prevent the formation of free radicals, which are causatively connected with breast cancer.
Vitamin A
10,000 to 25,000 international units. Vitamin A protects the body tissues from damage by carcinogens, (Editor's note: An alternative to vitamin A is beta-carotene.)
