Madison Pride Weekend raises visibility of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and celebrates the community and its allies Friday through Sunday at several events in Madison.
The OutReach Ninth Annual Community Awards Banquet begins with a reception and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. Friday, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and a program at 7:30 p.m. at Monona Terrace Convention Center. Keynote speakers include U.S. Rep. Thomas Barrett, D-Milwaukee, and Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Monona.
