David Martucci isn't just picking on Wisconsin. He thinks the flag in his home state of Maine is pretty ordinary, too.
"The Wisconsin flag is a whole lot like the Maine flag, which is a whole lot like the flags in many northern states," said Martucci, president of the North American Vexillological Association. "It's a blue field with an indistinguishable blob in the middle."
