AmerUs Group (NYSE:AMH) today announced that it is consolidating management of its life insurance operations to better coordinate its distribution systems and product development capabilities, and maximize the benefits of the various brands of the company. The planned reorganization follows the announcement of Indianapolis Life Insurance Company's president and chief executive officer, Larry R. Prible, that he will be retiring later this year.
