FORT WORTH, Texas--Galderma Laboratories L.P. is stepping up promotional support for its Cetaphil line of skincare products, aiming at teenage consumers, conducting an extensive public relations campaign and developing a new web site.
"Cetaphil is one of the most talked-about beauty secrets today," a spokeswoman for the company says. "But we're expecting that it won't be a secret much longer."
