Santa Barbara Restaurant Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBRG)("SBRG") announced today that its subsidiary, La Salsa Franchise, Inc. (the "Company") has executed an exclusive Development Agreement with Nevada Franchise, LLC to develop ten La Salsa Restaurants in Nevada over the next five years. The transaction marks the third 10-unit Development Agreement that the Company has entered into for territories in the Western United States in the past three months.
Under the terms of this Development Agreement, the Franchisee has committed to develop at least six full-service La Salsa Restaurants in Nevada Casinos and four "grill" ...
