Experts say that the slackness in the rare earth market will not last long. After a series of restructuring activities, the domestic rare earth market will hopefully shake off the unsound functioning and start a healthy development. In the next few years the prices of rare earth products in the domestic market will be basically stable.
After a one-year recovery starting from the end of 1999, the domestic rare earth market made a downslide once again in February this year.
