Madge Networks N.V. (NASDAQ NM: MADGF), a global supplier of advanced networking product solutions, today announced that a definitive agreement has been signed with Tullett & Tokyo Liberty Plc. for the sale of certain assets relating to Madge.web's Trader Voice business in Asia and Europe. Madge Networks also announces the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer.
