NORFOLK -- The lamination on his newly restored license has barely cooled.
That's long enough for Norfolk funeral director Carlos Howard to resume his rebel ways.
Howard was recognized in 1995 as the first funeral director in the country to offer cut-rate caskets over the Internet. Now he's buying tube time to host ``The Funeral Show'' - a half-hour program he says is the first of its kind.
Howard plans to prepare us for the inevitable exit.
``People need this information,'' he said Wednesday. ``They've been kept in the dark far too long.''
