MT. PROSPECT, Ill., July 20 /PRNewswire/ --
Sayers Group, LLC, a $300 million technology solutions provider headquartered in Mt. Prospect, IL, announced today that it has closed on the acquisition of Winstar Professional Services (WPS), a division of New York-based Winstar Communications. The transaction was structured as an asset purchase. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, which involves 85 employees and offices in NYC, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco will add approximately $25 million in revenue to Sayers. Concurrent with the acquisition, Sayers announces the formation of a new division, Sayers ...
