CHARLOTTE-AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Tall Ship Adventures' Sir Francis Drake, a three-masted tall ship that sails from the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, weathered Hurricane Hugo with only superficial damage, following what is being called the worst hurricane to hit the Caribbean region in a decade.
