BLACK OFFICIALS BLAST CASTILLE FOR REFUSAL TO DEBATE

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the Black Elected Officials of Philadelphia and members of the Black Clergy of Philadelphia and Vicinity sharply criticized incumbent District Attorney Ronald D. Castille yesterday for his refusal to participate in a televised debate sponsored by the Philadelphia Tribune.
