Jul. 24--At one point or another, we've all walked into the office restroom and encountered something startling: There, next to the paper towel dispenser, a co-worker is dabbing tears and splashing cold water on puffy eyes.
I'm not sure why we're always so surprised to see our co-workers crying -- or sighing deeply or speaking tersely into the telephone.
No matter how busy they are or how much they're paid, employees are still betrayed lovers, grieving children and overwhelmed parents, even during work hours.
