Cheap Tickets, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTIX) today announced the official opening of its newest call center in Tampa, Fla. with more than 150 employees.
The Tampa call center adds an East Coast location to Cheap Tickets' four existing call centers in Honolulu, Los Angeles, Lakeport, Calif. and Colorado Springs, Co., supporting the company's 24/7 telephone sales and service distribution channel, which accounts for about 60 percent of Cheap Tickets' gross bookings.
