- Zarlink Semiconductor (formerly Mitel Corporation) today released first quarter results for the Fiscal 2002 period ended June 29, 2001.
As forecasted, revenue for the first quarter was $105.0 million, compared to $183.8 million for the same period last year, and reflects the continued downturn of the semiconductor industry.
Adjusted Net Loss (+) for the quarter was better than expected at $8.2 million or $0.07 per share, excluding the effects of special and excess inventory charges. This compares to Adjusted Net Income of $28.2 million or $0.24 per share for the same period last year.
