Adaptec, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADPT), the global leader in data storage access solutions, today announced the financial results for its first fiscal quarter, which ended June 30, 2001.
Pro forma operating results for the first quarter of fiscal 2001 and comparative quarters were as follows:

of $110.6 million last quarter, and down 28 percent from net revenues
