- Celestica Inc. (NYSE, TSE: CLS), a world leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), today announced the appointment of William A. Etherington and Michio Naruto as members of its Board of Directors. Both appointments take effect in October of this year.
Mr. Etherington is senior vice president and group executive, Sales and Distribution for IBM Corporation.
