Vanguard Airlines, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNGD) today issued the following statement regarding Orbitz:
Vanguard Airlines has worked in good faith with Orbitz to resolve the problems Orbitz is having in accurately displaying Vanguard availability and fares. Because other web travel sites and travel agencies have no problem accurately finding and booking Vanguard fares, Vanguard believes the problem is with Orbitz's own system.
Vanguard disagrees with a number of statements made by Orbitz.
