Boston-based ELV Associates, in partnership with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, will hold a dedication ceremony at 11 a.m. today to mark the official reopening of Harborwalk on Long Wharf.
The 200-foot walkway has been closed to pedestrian traffic since April.
"As a waterfront owner and abutter, ELV Associates is pleased to offer its support to Mayor (Thomas M.)
