SkyWest, Inc. (Nasdaq: SKYW) -- SkyWest Airlines announced plans today to take delivery of ten additional Canadair Regional Jets (CRJs), which have been recently remarketed by jet manufacturer, Bombardier. These jets represent net new additions to SkyWest's Delta Connection fleet growth plan, bringing SkyWest's total Delta Connection CRJ order from 35 to 45. While details of the delivery schedule are still being confirmed, all ten of the new jets will be flying SkyWest / Delta Connection routes by January 1, 2002. Specific routes have yet to be determined, but the new jets will fly primarily out of non-Salt Lake City ...
