MINTED RASPBERRY LEMONADE

3 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, from 12-15 lemons

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint

1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed), mashed with fork

1{ cup sugar

12 cups water

Optional garnish: Whole raspberries, sliced lemons, mint leaves
