MAZDA MARSHALS FORCES FOR GLEN TITLE ATTEMPT
WATKINS GLEN, N.Y., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The war for the Grand Touring Under Three-Liter national championship reaches the challenging asphalt of Watkins Glen International Raceway Sunday, with Mazda as usual heavily involved in both the driver and manufacturer championships.
Mazda leads for the manufacturer title and has drivers in the top five for that crown.
The Mazda forces, which have been double teaming this popular class, will have both the RX-7 model and the new MX-6 GTU competing in a unique lineup never before seen in Internatonal Motor Sports Assn. (IMSA) competition.
