WASHTENAW COUNTY ISSUES $6 MILLION IN BONDS
FOR YPSILANTI SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING
DETROIT, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Six investment banking firms submitted bids for Washtenaw County's $6 million building authority bond issue to finance the Ypsilanti Social Services building, according to Michael A. Stimpson, county treasurer. The bond issue was sold to Merrill Lynch at a low net interest rate of 6.859 percent, Stimpson said.
