A new outbreak of the malicious "Code Red" worm could wreak more computer havoc starting at 6 p.m. today, computer experts worry.
That's when the worm is expected again to begin infiltrating Web servers around the world in preparation for an Aug. 19 attack on the White House Web site, www.whitehouse.gov.
Though the White House dodged the first attack by shifting its Web site to another Internet address, many other Web sites were affected.
