American Attempts to Win Third Tour de France Amid a Swirl of Controversy
When Lance Armstrong climbs onto his bicycle and clips into his pedals at the start of this year's Tour de France, he'll begin the chase for his third consecutive victory in the world's most famous bicycle race.
