Local, state, and federal officials, as well as representatives from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), the FBI and local community leaders gathered recently to launch Newark, N.J.'s first waterfront development project along the Passaic River.
Located directly across from McCarter Highway, the 12-story facility, called Claremont Tower, will be the future home of the Newark division headquarters of the FBI. As announced during the groundbreaking ceremony held May 14, the development will also include nearly 14,000 SF of ground floor retail space.
