The new president of Argentina, Carlos Saul Menem, arrives Sunday, Sept. 24, in New York for a six day visit to the United States, highlighted by his address to the General Assembly of the United Nations on Monday, Sept. 25, and his meeting with President Bush at the White House on Wednesday, Sept. 27.
