Andy Thompson might not be hanging out with Prime Time anymore, but with a healthy elbow he hopes playing time will lead to a promotion to the big time.
Thompson, a former Sun Prairie High School star, was activated from Class AAA Syracuse's disabled list Friday to
replace two-sport star Deion Sanders on the SkyChiefs' roster. The enigmatic Sanders, who decided to end his NFL career and put his baseball hopes on hold, cleaned out his locker earlier in the day.
