Hillside Productions has filed a five-count lawsuit against the City of Sterling Heights and city manager Steve Duchane. The law firm of Strobl, Cunningham, Caretti and Sharp of Bloomfield Hills filed the lawsuit on behalf of Hillside Productions with Macomb County Circuit Court (case # 013388AS). The suit seeks a judgement in an amount in excess of FOURTEEN MILLION DOLLARS plus costs, interest and attorneys fees.
