Open Solutions Inc.(R) (OSI), a provider of integrated enterprise core data processing, Internet banking and e-Commerce financial solutions for community banks and credit unions, announced that it has acquired Connecticut-based Sound Software, a provider of easy-to-use total lending management solutions for community financial institutions.
