An Owenton man was in fair condition today after being shot by another man when an argument escalated into a fistfight - and then to gunfire Friday night.
Kentucky State Police in Campbellsburg say Billy R. Hager, 33, was wounded in an exchange of gunshots with Jerry Ruby, 41, after Hager came to Ruby's home on Squiresville Road in Owen County about 9:15 p.m. Friday.
