Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (Nasdaq:NUHC) announced today the amendment of their agreement with Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICST) to distribute ICS' extensive range of silicon timing devices exclusively throughout North America and Canada.
