A lawsuit has been launched against the Niagara Falls International Airport authority regarding its alleged failure to develop the facility to its full potential.

The lawsuit was filed in the state Supreme Court on Monday (6 August) by Niagara County Legislator Renae Kimble, Niagara Falls City Councilman John Accardo and Niagara Falls hotelier John Prozeralik. The plaintiffs claim that a proposal to lease the airport to a Spanish company would violate a clause in the 1968 sale agreement.
