U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., has helped the disabled a lot. She is also a very strong, effective leader in trying to get us universal health care similar to that in France. You described Baldwin's well-run office in the July 8 Wisconsin State Journal. It was titled "The Right Staff." She also has The Right Stuff.
