FLORIDA HRS OBTAINS COURT ORDER
TO INSPECT FORT LAUDERDALE ABORTION CLINIC
TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services today obtained a court order permitting HRS officials to inspect a Fort Lauderdale abortion clinic that earlier today refused entry to HRS, a public health physician and officials of the Department of Professional Regulation (DPR).
Broward Circuit Court Judge Linda Vitale issued the order about 3:30 p.m. after HRS officials informed the judge that the Broward Women's Center, 962 East Cypress Creek Road, had refused entry to an inspection team that arrived at ...
